Ancho Steez..


Soak the Ancho Chile for about 45 minutes. Then slit and take the seeds out.

Jalapeno pepper, Onion, Ancho Chile, Green Bell, Tomato,Garlic

Red Kidney, Pinto beans (soak for 4 hours or more)

Chop jalapeno and save some garlic and onions for saute

Blend Ancho Chile, tomato, Garlic, Onion, Green Bell
Ancho paste

Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add Beans

Add Cayenne, Oregano, Bay leaves or ( desired Seasoning )

Add Ancho paste

Boil until beans are cooked. 2 - 3 hours

Add chopped Cilantro, Add 1 - 2 tsp agave syrup(optional)
